The Martyrs' Memorial Pavilion of Zhang Jueqing is a classic red tourism attraction.

The Martyrs' Memorial Pavilion of Zhang Jueqing is located at Xinshujian, Shizhenjing, Nanhu Village, Reshui Town, Heping County.

Zhang Jueqing (1906–1945), originally named Zhang Jinzhong, was from Yangming Town, Heping County. In 1926, he organized the “New Heping Youth League” together with Huang Jingbai and others, and was elected as a representative to the Guangdong Provincial Workers’ Congress. After the “New Heping Youth League” was banned, he was forced to flee to places such as Huizhou and Boluo. In the winter of 1931, he was arrested and imprisoned but was released later. He returned to his hometown and assisted Luo Xiang in founding Donghua Primary School. In June 1938, he joined the Communist Party of China and served successively as a branch secretary and head of the county organization department. In the spring of 1940, he was transferred to Boluo County to engage in intelligence work. In October 1945, he advanced into Jiulian Mountain with the Third Detachment of the Dongjiang Column to establish a guerrilla base, taking charge of intelligence and party organization work in areas including Qingzhou, Reshui, Dahuzhen, and Zhongxin. In mid-December 1945, while traveling from Qingzhou to Reshui to deliver intelligence to headquarters, he encountered Nationalist troops near Xiàjìng Village, Reshui. Due to an informant's tip-off, Zhang Jueqing was unfortunately captured. He was executed on December 30 at the age of 39.

The pavilion was first built in 2003, covering an area of 218 square meters with a construction area of 57.5 square meters. It has a reinforced concrete structure in the form of a hexagonal pavilion, supported by six cement columns holding up a glazed tile roof. The top features a hexagonal pyramidal roof covered with yellow glazed tiles, topped with an ornamental precious bead finial. On both sides of the base are inlaid inscriptions, and cypress trees are planted around it.

In January 2012, it was included in the Heping County Register of Immovable Cultural Heritage Sites.
