The Martyrs' Cemetery of the "Three Xiao Brothers" is located at Baishigang in Qunlian Village, Pengzhai Town, Heping County.

The "Three Xiao Brothers" were the three sons of Liang Shuidi, the revolutionary mother of Heping County. They are: Xiao Qingshu, Xiao Bingzhang, and Xiao Bozhong.

The eldest son, Xiao Qingshu, was born in 1917. In his youth, he studied at Silianzhong Middle School, where he developed progressive ideas and actively participated in party organizational activities. At the age of 28, he joined the guerrilla forces and the Communist Party. He was a rare talent in the guerrilla unit, excelling both in literary and military skills. He led the "Flying Eagles Squad," a daredevil team consisting of four squads and over 40 members. On August 17, 1947, during a battle against the enemy's Fifth Security Regiment in Motang Village, Dongshui, he was shot in the back by a hidden traitor within the squad and unfortunately sacrificed his life at the age of 32.

The second son, Xiao Bingzhang, was born in 1920. Bingzhang was honest, simple, and soft-spoken. In October 1945, he joined the guerrilla work team and participated in activities such as reducing rents and interest rates, as well as collecting grain and taxes. He often worked with his mother to deliver messages, transport grain, and care for wounded soldiers for the troops. In June 1948, he sacrificed his life during an anti-sweeping battle in his village at the age of 27.

The third son, Xiao Bozhong, had a lively personality and was efficient and decisive in handling tasks. At the age of 18, he joined the guerrilla work team led by Li Qun and was soon appointed as the team leader. In 1947, he cooperated multiple times with the guerrilla forces in activities such as fighting local tyrants, opposing the "Three Levies" (land tax, livestock tax, and labor conscription), and collecting grain and taxes, achieving many military merits. In June 1948, he sacrificed his life during an anti-sweeping battle in his village at the age of 21.

The cemetery was initially built in 1957 and renovated in 2004.

In 2012, it was included in the Heping County Immovable Cultural Heritage Protection List.
