Kyiv Folk Village in Ukraine
The Kyiv Museum of Folk Architecture and Life, also known as the Folk Village, is located in the suburban "Pyrohiv" village. Covering an area of 150 hectares, it features nearly 300 buildings. The ancient and uniquely styled structures were all relocated here intact from various regions of Ukraine. The exhibits include residential houses, wooden churches, grain storage facilities, threshing floors, wells, watermills, windmills, household items, clothing, tableware, and more. The oldest items date back to the 16th–17th century. It is a distinctive place to learn about Ukrainian ethnic customs and daily life.
