Introduction Ground Zero refers to the site of the World Trade Center that collapsed during the 9/11 attacks, and it has now become a must-visit destination for travelers. The location where the Twin Towers once stood as global icons is now an open expanse, enclosed by two rows of iron fences that form a pathway, with large banners reading “We Will Never Forget” hanging behind them. In front of the fences lies Ground Zero itself, where visitors can observe cranes, excavators, trucks, and construction workers clearing the rubble. The massive hollowed-out ruins resemble a huge crater, instantly casting a somber mood over those who see it.
