Free outdoor shows at three major hotels on The Strip: Mirage: Volcano eruption, originally starts at 6 PM every evening (8 PM in summer) until midnight, erupting on the hour; may be canceled in case of high winds or bad weather. Bellagio: Fountains show, performs every 30 minutes from 3 PM to 8 PM on weekdays, and every 15 minutes from 8 PM to midnight; on weekends, every 30 minutes from 12 PM to 8 PM, and every 15 minutes from 8 PM to midnight; may be canceled in case of high winds. Treasure Island: The former pirate ship show’s “soldiers vs. pirates” has been changed to “beauties vs. pirates,” with added dance segments. Shows start at 7 PM every evening, occurring every 1.5 hours for a total of four shows. Best hotels for views on The Strip: Stratosphere: Ascend to the top of the tallest tower in the U.S., standing about 350 meters (109 floors) high, to overlook the full panorama and nightlife of the entire Strip. The Venetian Suites Hotel: Rooms facing the Strip offer a view of the spectacular volcano show at the Mirage across the way in the evening. Paris Las Vegas: Rooms facing the Strip and ascending the iconic Eiffel Tower of Paris Las Vegas offer the best views of the magnificent musical fountain show at Bellagio across the street. The Strip, also known as Las Vegas Boulevard, is the most bustling street in Las Vegas. It gathers the most luxurious hotels (illustrated), casinos, restaurants, and shopping venues, serving as the soul and symbol of Las Vegas. The lights are dazzling, and all walks of life inside the casinos are on full display. The hotels built along this street are all free to enter and explore, with almost all ground floors featuring a CASINO where many guests come to play blackjack at night. Transportation

If taking a taxi, you must go to the hotel entrance; otherwise, even if you hail a taxi on the street, drivers will not stop to pick you up. Therefore, if you want to take public transport on the street, you can take the bus at $2 per person per ride, or choose the tram. THE STRIP Tram (LAS VEGAS STRIP TROLLEY): Red Line: City loop, with the southern terminus at the Stratosphere Tower, which connects to the Green Line. Operating hours: 10 AM to 10 PM daily, every 30 minutes. Green Line: Las Vegas Boulevard loop, passing major hotels on The Strip, starting from the Stratosphere in the north and reaching Mandalay Bay in the south. It can connect to the Orange Line in the east and the Blue Line in the south. Operating hours: 9:30 AM to midnight daily, every 15–30 minutes. Orange Line: Eastern loop of Las Vegas Boulevard, starting from the Bellagio in the west and extending to the Embassy Suites in the east, connecting with the Green Line. Operating hours: 10 AM to 10 PM daily, every 15–30 minutes. Blue Line: Southern loop of Las Vegas Boulevard, starting from Mandalay Bay connected with the Green Line, and passing by the famous LAS VEGAS OUTLET CENTER. Operating hours: 10 AM to midnight daily, every 30 minutes. Fare: $2.5 per one-way trip, $6.5 for an all-day pass.
