Jiaoxi Hot Springs

Jiaoxi Hot Springs are sodium bicarbonate springs, rich in chemical components such as sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and carbonate ions. They are a rare type of plains hot spring in Taiwan. The water is clear and odorless, with a temperature of around 58°C

when it reaches the surface. After bathing, the skin feels smooth and delicate without stickiness. Thanks to their mineral-rich properties, whether for soaking, bathing, or drinking as processed mineral water, they are highly beneficial to health.

Tangwei Gou Hot Springs Park is located between Deyang Road and Ren'ai Road, covering an area of about 1 hectare. It integrates hot spring facilities, scenic pathways, parks, and surrounding commercial areas. Facilities include separate male and female public bathhouses, footbath pavilions, a hot spring corridor, a play area, bamboo pavilions, a chess pavilion, an east plaza, natural hot spring springs, walking paths, hot spring wells, a west plaza, a family pavilion, a hot spring observation well, a small theater, and shops, making it a fairly comprehensive tourist attraction. In addition, there is also a public bathhouse at Tangwei Gou along the roadside that offers free access to hot springs for the public.
