Fushan Botanical Garden is divided into the Native Plant Area, Natural Forest Exhibition Area, Aquatic Plant Area, Hupen Nature Reserve (reserved for academic research only and not open to the public), and the Fushan Nursery. It is situated in a basin surrounded by the foothills of the Snow Mountain Range, with terrain mainly ranging from 600 to 1,200 meters above sea level, covering an area of approximately 1,200 hectares.
