Shangxin Garden

Shangxin Garden is located on the southern side of the boundary between Taipei and Yilan counties along the Beiyi Highway, covering an area of approximately 16 hectares. Designed according to the mountainous terrain, it features an obstacle course made of logs and ropes, a barbecue area, an observation deck, a hiking and flower-viewing zone, and a camping site.

Shangxin Garden offers a camping and barbecue area that can host four to five hundred campers, with barbecue grills available throughout the site. In front of the campsite stand five wooden observation decks connected by wooden bridges, providing views of Guishan Island and the vast farmlands of the Lanyang Plain. On clear days, visitors can also see the majestic peaks of northern and eastern Taiwan, as well as the sunrise over the Pacific Ocean. At night, the beautiful Lanyang night scenery comes into view.
