Xingfuliao Farm is located in the Tamsui District along the northwestern coastal area of New Taipei City, Taiwan, covering an area of over 4,000 pyeong (approximately 13,000 square meters), and is one of Taiwan's most renowned leisure and sightseeing farms. Situated at an altitude of 400 meters, the farm provides an ideal environment for the growth of various flowers. In winter, cherry blossoms, plum blossoms, peach blossoms, and plum flowers bring warmth against the cold; in spring, bellflowers, nasturtiums, firecracker flowers, and lilies bloom in a dazzling display; in summer and autumn, hibiscus, bird-of-paradise flowers, daylilies, and Persian buttercups fill the air with fragrance. Dozens of flower varieties bloom simultaneously in each season, swaying gently in the breeze, creating an overwhelmingly beautiful sight — earning the farm the reputation of the "Flower Capital of All Seasons."

Xingfuliao Farm is divided into seven themed areas: Eco Farm, Experience Farm, Nostalgia Farm, Knowledge Farm, Growth Farm, Leisure Farm, and Nature Farm.
