Golden Bay

Golden Bay is situated at the northern end of Egret Islet Scenic Area. It was constructed with a total development investment of 42 million yuan by the Egret Islet Golden Bay Recuperation and Training Center in Bohu County since 2002. To date, the site includes two villas, one beer town, seven train carriages serving as a hotel, one large parking lot, one large beach, along with five speedboats, three motorboats, and related facilities such as sun umbrellas and awnings. It has 70 fixed beds and can serve meals for up to 300 people at the same time, with the beach accommodating 1,200 swimmers. In 2005, Golden Bay was rated as a National AA-level Tourist Area by the Autonomous Region Tourism Bureau.

In the future, our county will

develop camel riding adventure routes and introduce projects such as desert buggies, gliders, and hot air balloons to promote special interest tourism,

and

build

it

into

a brand for desert adventure tourism.
