The Meritorious Figures Garden serves as a patriotic education base.

Situated to the south of the Military Soul Garden in Jiulong Ecological Park, the Meritorious Figures Garden is a themed park dedicated to the Party members who quietly devoted their entire lives to building, prospering, and developing Xinjiang. The central sculpture, crafted from bluestone, stands solemnly and majestically in the center of the garden, as if narrating the selfless dedication and immortal achievements of every life.

The completion of the Meritorious Figures Garden marks yet another initiative by Jiulong Ecological Park to establish itself as a patriotic education base, following the installation of the statue of Comrade Wang Enmao, the statue of General Mao Shaoxian, the statues of the Ten Marshals, the Red Cross Body Donation Memorial Garden, and the Military Soul Garden.
