1. China – Starbucks Kuanzhai Alley Store in Chengdu
Chengdu’s Kuanzhai Alley in China is a historical and cultural district, where the buildings are all ancient courtyard homes made of Qing Dynasty bricks and tiles. Walking into this area feels like stepping into a time tunnel. 2. Japan – Kyoto Machiya Starbucks
The newly opened Kyoto Ninen-zaka Yasaka-cha-ya Store is located near the historic Kiyomizu-dera Temple in Kyoto. It transformed a century-old traditional machiya townhouse into the first-ever machiya-style Starbucks, making it the world’s first branch where customers can enjoy coffee while sitting on tatami mats. It elegantly blends Eastern and Western cultures, as well as old and new styles.

3. Thailand – Chiang Mai
