The Yingluo Pagoda is located in Xiaowan Village, Fengzhuang Township, 60 kilometers northeast of Pengyang County. The pagoda stands 15 meters tall, has an octagonal floor plan, and is a seven-story brick tower in the pavilion style. In front of the pagoda lies a deep ravine, while it is backed by towering mountains. To the east, it faces seven famous small hills that resemble steamed buns across the river—the “Seven Hills” (Qige Shan) derive their name from these peculiar small hills. These hills all look like steamed buns, naturally formed, exuding a uniquely beautiful and spiritual charm. Arranged at equal distances from west to east, they seem like masterpieces of nature’s craftsmanship, truly a wonder of nature that rivals the Yingluo Pagoda in uniqueness. The extraordinary hills and the pagoda complement each other beautifully. In the summer sunlight, the pagoda nestled among the lush green mountains shines brilliantly from afar, while the seven unique hills remain verdant and lively.
