On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China, to comprehensively showcase the tenacious spirit of the people of Guyuan in transforming poverty-stricken and backward conditions and building terraces through hard work, as well as the achievements in ecological civilization construction, and to promote Guyuan’s 3 million mu of dryland terraced field cultural tourism resources from multiple levels, angles, forms, and dimensions, highlighting the unique geographical landscape and ecological-humanistic charm of Guyuan’s dryland terraced fields, comprehensively advancing the deep integration of culture and tourism, implementing the rural revitalization strategy, amplifying the main theme of all-for-one tourism, this Terraced Fields Flower Festival themed “Colorful Guyuan · Most Beautiful Terraces” is specially held. Route 1: Starting from downtown Guyuan (or Dongyue Mountain Square) → head east along National Highway 309 to Kanggou Reservoir in Hechuan Township, then follow the reservoir dam south to Mudan Villa in Hechuan → or follow the Donggan Line to Zhaike (experience red plum apricot picking) → return to Guyuan via the Shanzhai Road.
Route 2: Starting from downtown Guyuan → follow the Guyuan-Zhangjiachuan Road to Songwa Village → view the Songwa Terraced Fields Park → take the Guyuan-Zhangjiachuan Road to Zhangyi Town → take the Longzhang Road to Tianbao Village → visit the Tianbao Red Raspberry Farm → return along the road (or continue along the Longzhang Road to Longde).
Route 3: Starting from downtown Guyuan → follow the Xidalu Road → arrive at Biezhuan Village → Fuxian Villa → head north to Liulin Villa (for leisure and entertainment) → Yao Mo Village Cold-Weather Vegetable Sightseeing Base in Pengbao Town → take the Yinping Road via the San Ying Road → head west to Grandma Liu’s Manor (for ecological leisure and sightseeing) → return to downtown Guyuan.
Xiji County
Route 1: Starting from Xiji County Town → visit Xingfu Family in Tianping Township to admire the apricot groves (taste apricots) → Zhenhu Township (earthquake barrier lake) → return to the county town (admire terraced field flowers and astragalus along the way).
Route 2: Starting from Xiji County Town → visit Huoshizhai Scenic Area → Moon Mountain Ecological Area → Xinying Township → Longwangba Scenic Area (view cosmos flowers) → North Mountain Park in the county town (view panoramic views of the county town).
Route 3: Starting from Xiji County Town → visit Xingping Township (admire terraced fields along the Xijing Highway) → Niejiahe Eco-Tourism Villa → Wangmin Township Wangminbao Agricultural Park (view flowers) (terraced field scenery along the way) → Xitan Township (terraced field scenery along the way) → return to the county town.
Route 4: Guyuan → Zhangyi (admire terraced fields along the way) → Malian Township (admire potato planting bases along the way) → Xiangfeng Agricultural Vegetable Planting Base (parent-child picking of nectarines, tomatoes, strawberries, potatoes, etc.) → Memorial Park for the Victory Meeting of the Long March in Jiangtai Fort (receive red education) → Revolutionary Site in Shanjiaji → Xiji County Town (or Longde County).
Longde County
Route 1: Starting from Longde County Town → take the Haoxing Highway → Beixiangshan TV Transmitter Station → pass through Dengshan to the Xiwancun Road → Yanghe Township Yuhuangcha Village → village road → Zhangcheng Wulong Village → village road → Zhangcheng Township Yangyuan Village → township road → Zhangcheng Township Cuijiawan Village → township road → Liancai Maojiagou → return to the county town.
Route 2: Starting from Longde County Town → take the Longzhang Highway → Huatian Yunhai Rural Complex (admire clover, baby’s breath, cosmos, globe amaranth, and corn poppy) → view rapeseed flowers in Qianzhuang Village, Guanzhuang Township along the Longzhang Highway → pass through Beilianchi along the Longzhang Highway → pass through Fuxi Cliff along the Longzhang Highway → pass through Zhangyi Town in Guyuan along the Longzhang Highway → return to Longde (or go to downtown Guyuan).
Route 3: Start from Longde County Town → Old Alley → Take the Longzhuang Highway to Xinhe Village, Chenjin Township (Horse Opera Base) → Take the Longzhuang Highway to Panlong Mountain Resort, Panlong Township, Wenbao Township → Take the Taosha Highway to Yuhe Village, Fengling Township (Wei Family Brick Carving Base) → Take the Taosha Highway to Shatang Town → Return to the county town via National Highway 312 (or go to Xiji).
Jingyuan County
Route 1: Start from Guyuan City → Follow Provincial Highway 101 (Yinping Highway) → Yangling Village, Dawan Township → Xiaoguan Historical Site Cultural Park → Follow National Highway 344 → Heshangpu Red Army Memorial Pavilion → Jingyuan County Town.
Route 2: Start from Jingyuan County Town → Follow National Highway 344 → Xingsheng Township → Qinjialiang, Jingheyuan Town → Lan Dazhuang Village → Yejia Agritainment → Return to Jingyuan County Town (or Guyuan City).
Route 3: Start from Jingyuan County Town → Follow Township Road 214 → Guojia Mountain → Longtou Ridge → Xiangshui Folk Style Castle → Return to Jingyuan County Town (or Guyuan City).
Pengyang County
Route 1: Start from Guyuan → Take Fuyin Expressway (passing through Qingshizui) to Pengyang Expressway Exit → Follow Zhenyang Street → S202 Road → Entrance to Jinqiping Terraced Fields Park → Follow the internal scenic loop road of Jinqiping Terraced Fields Park → Caomiao Tourist Service Station → Return to the county town via S202 Road.
Route 2: Start from Guyuan → Take Fuyin Expressway (passing through Qingshizui) to Pengyang Expressway Exit → Turn right to Zhougou-Xinji Intersection (Liu-Yang Road Xinji Entrance) → Follow Liu-Yang Road toward Xinji to Observation Point 1 → Return along the same route to Observation Point 2 → Observation Point 3 → Exit at Ling’er and return to the county town (or return directly to the county town).
Route 3: Start from Guyuan → Take Fuyin Expressway (passing through Qingshizui) to Gucheng Expressway Exit, Pengyang → Gucheng-Zhengzhuang Entrance → Follow the internal roads of Malawan → To Douwang Highway Intersection → Turn right onto Pengshi Highway → Follow Pengshi Highway back to the county town.
