Luojia Well is located on Qingyun Street in Hongqi Subdistrict and is a county-level cultural heritage site, featuring ancient architecture from the Ming and Qing dynasties.

Hongqi Subdistrict: The People's Government of Hongqi Subdistrict in Dafang County is the seat of the Dafang County People's Government and serves as the political, economic, and cultural center of the entire county. It borders the Ancient Moguo Subdistrict to the east, neighbors Yangchang Town to the south, adjoins Shunde Subdistrict to the northwest, and lies 43.79 kilometers north of Bijie City. Geographically, it is situated between 105°31′30″–105°38′44″ east longitude and 27°05′30″–27°12′30″ north latitude.
