The Martyrs' Cemetery at Dahai Dam is located in Honghe Village, Mu’o’ge Ancient City Subdistrict. It is a county-level cultural relic protection unit and an important modern historical site and representative structure.

Mu’o’ge Ancient City Subdistrict: Established in November 2013, Mu’o’ge Ancient City Subdistrict is situated in the northeast of Dafang County. It borders Liulong Town to the east, connects with Yangchang Town and Xiaotun Township to the south, adjoins Hongqi Subdistrict to the west, and neighbors Dongguan Township to the north. Covering a total area of 30.54 square kilometers, it governs eight communities—Beijiao, Nanjiao, Yunlong, Guanjing, Doupo, Hongxing, Liangjing, and Jiucengya—with 48 resident groups.
