The Monument to Martyr Cai Yingda is located within Dafang No. 2 Middle School on Shuyuan Street, Hongqi Subdistrict. It is a county-level cultural relics protection unit and was designated as an important modern historical site and representative building in 1991.

Hongqi Subdistrict: The Hongqi Subdistrict Office of Dafang County serves as the seat of the Dafang County People's Government and is the political, economic, and cultural center of the entire county.
