Since ancient times, Cuiping Mountain has been known as one of the "Ten Scenic Spots of Yingzhou" — "Cuiping Soaring in Grace." It is a rare green space in the city center, currently covering an area of 40 acres. With an elevation of 350 meters, the mountaintop offers a bird's-eye view of the entire county town. The park is connected to the main streets of Yingzhou County on all sides. Facilities on the mountain include a floodlit sports court, the county cultural center, and the cultural heritage management office built along the mountainside.

Cuiping Mountain Cultural Park is a great destination for citizens, especially cultural figures, to gather, relax, and escape the summer heat. Over the past decade or so, the development of the cultural center, senior citizens' gateball court, a 10-story tower, the cultural heritage management office, and the radio and television building have made Cuiping Mountain the cultural activity hub for the people of Yingzhou. The cultural park will further promote Yingzhou’s advancement in both material and spiritual civilization.

In Yingzhou’s Cuiping Park, a towering tower has now revealed its mysterious grandeur, as workers are busily carrying out the final decoration. The 10-story tower stands 58 meters tall; climbing it rewards you with a panoramic view of the entire Yingzhou County. The project is now in its final stage and is expected to be fully completed and open to the public by the end of September. The completion of this tower will become another iconic landmark of Yingzhou County.
