Address: Tanling Village, Zhenhua Village, Qiaoxu Town, Gangnan District

Protected area: Centered on the former residence, bounded by the eaves drip line on the southeast, northeast, and northwest sides; the southwest side is bounded by the house of Tan Chengqi; the residence of Tan Shoulin’s wife is bounded by the eaves drip line on all four sides; the edge of the Lotus Well extends 10 meters outward as the protected area.

Construction control zone: Based on the protected area boundary, the northwest side extends 17 meters outward to the outer edge of the pond; the southeast side extends 50 meters (including the large banyan tree) to the edge of the basketball court; the northeast side extends 65 meters (including the residence of Tan Shoulin’s wife and the pond) to the outer edge of the pond; the southwest side extends 26.5 meters to the outer edge of the concrete road; based on the protected area boundary of the Lotus Well, an additional 10-meter extension on all sides serves as the construction control zone.
