Tianjin Mingyang Lake Urban Manor

Mingyang Lake Urban Manor is situated in the southern part of Xiaozhan Town, Jinnan District, spanning more than 6,300 acres. It is close to Binhai New Area, 149 kilometers from Beijing and 20 kilometers from downtown Tianjin. To the east, it neighbors Tianjin Port and Tianjin Binhai International Airport. The park is conveniently located near key transportation routes such as Jinqi Highway, Jinguang Highway, and Tianjin Avenue, as well as multiple expressways, offering superior access by sea, land, and air.

The manor is divided into a northern area of 4,000 acres, primarily dedicated to rice cultivation, livestock breeding, and pond aquaculture. This includes a high-standard Xiao Zhan rice planting zone of over 2,000 acres that revives traditional rice-growing methods. There is also a 70-acre fishery using a natural, recirculating hot spring water farming technique, and a scientific free-range livestock base covering more than 1,000 acres. The southern area spans 2,400 acres and includes greenhouse vegetable cultivation, mushroom farming, and strawberry production, all employing traditional methods to ensure truly green, pollution-free produce. Leveraging its agricultural foundation, the manor has developed into a multifunctional eco-tourism resort integrating modern leisure picking, farm stays, inspiration-seeking tours, dining, accommodation, and sightseeing.
