The Bronze Statue Memorial of Zhou Libo is located on the west side of Fulin Pagoda in HuiLong Mountain Park, HuiLongshan Subdistrict Office, Heshan District, Yiyang City. The statue faces south and was built in 1986. It consists of a pedestal and a seated bronze figure of Zhou Libo. The pedestal is about 2 meters high and made of beige sandstone, while the seated bronze figure is 2 meters tall with an exterior copper-plated finish. The surrounding fence is decorated with granite relief carvings featuring floral designs. The statue is exquisitely designed, smoothly crafted, and holds significant cultural and aesthetic value.

To the north of the memorial statue lies HuiLong Road at the foot of the mountain, Fulin Pagoda to the east, and Qixia Temple (a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit) to the northwest. The site boasts beautiful scenery and fresh air, making it suitable for tourism, leisure, and sightseeing. In 2011, the Bronze Statue Memorial of Zhou Libo was designated as a municipal-level key cultural relic protection unit by the People's Government of Yiyang City.
