Attraction Introduction

Situated in Jiufeng National Forest Park in the eastern suburbs of Wuhan, Jiufeng Forest Zoo lets you take a beast-viewing vehicle or drive into the beast-watching area to see wild animals up close. You can also feed small animals such as pigeons, rabbits, goats, camels, ostriches, and emus, interact with bears, tigers, and crocodiles through baiting activities, and be amazed by the incredible talent shows put on by the animal stars.

The zoo features over 10 animal viewing areas, including the Animal Kindergarten, Bear Zone, Tiger Zone, Deer Zone, Lion Zone, Wolf Zone, Monkey Zone, Flightless Bird Zone, Rare Monkey House, and Crocodile Pool. With a wide variety of animals, it’s a great place for families with children to explore the wonders of the animal kingdom.

Step into the Dream Theater, where animal stars such as tigers, black bears, monkeys, and goats take turns performing on stage—two shows daily at 10:00 and 14:30. Additionally, the Bear and Tiger Gala performances at 11:00 and 15:30 are equally thrilling, featuring little monkeys racing bicycles, black bears walking on stilts, juggling flying forks, rolling colored balls, and climbing blade mountains, offering a truly eye-opening experience.

After having fun, head to the commercial street in the park, where you’ll find a variety of specialty farm restaurants and snack shops to recharge your energy.
