The Jinhu Tomb Cluster is a cultural heritage site protected by the Hubei Provincial Government.

Jinhu Tomb Cluster

Located in Jinhu Village, Xian’nv Town, Zhijiang City, these are tombs from the Eastern Zhou period. The cluster is composed of the Qingzhong Tomb and the Qinglongbao Tomb, both featuring conical burial mounds made of white clay. The Qingzhong Tomb mound has a remaining height of 6 meters, a base diameter of 59 meters, and covers an area of 4,404 square meters; the Qinglongbao Tomb mound has a remaining height of 4.5 meters, a base diameter of 40 meters, and covers an area of 1,615 square meters. This tomb cluster is believed to be the burial site of nobility from the Chu State during the Eastern Zhou period. It is large in scale and high in specification, possessing significant academic value.
