Lingzhi Bridge

Lingzhi Bridge is a cultural relic protection unit of Hubei Province.

Lingzhi Bridge

Located in Lingzhi Village, Nanhe Town, Yingshan County. Built in the 25th year of the Guangxu reign during the Qing Dynasty (1899), it spans the Wasiqian River from east to west. This seven-arch stone beam bridge is 17.5 meters long and 1.5 meters wide, paved with 35 flagstones each measuring 2.5 meters long and 0.3 meters wide. The bridge piers are constructed from square and triangular stone blocks. To ensure the safety of the stone bridge, the riverbed beneath it is also paved with flagstones. This bridge is one of the best-preserved stone beam bridges in Hubei Province and holds significant value for the study of the province’s bridge history. (Fifth Batch)
