The Zibo Jiao Yulu Memorial Hall is a national AAA-level tourist attraction and a patriotic education base.

The Jiao Yulu Memorial Hall is located in Beigushan Village, Gushan Township, Boshan District, at the northern end of the village. Beigushan is the hometown of Jiao Yulu, the exemplary county party secretary. In 1966, Boshan District built this memorial hall to commemorate him. It covers an area of 3,000 square meters, with the hall itself occupying 545.32 square meters and consisting of two exhibition rooms. The first exhibition room displays photographs of Jiao Yulu during his lifetime, his personal belongings, and inscriptions by veteran revolutionaries. In the center of the room stands a 2-meter-tall full-body statue of Jiao Yulu. The second room provides a detailed account of Jiao Yulu's life and his illustrious achievements.

Jiao Yulu (August 1922 – May 1964) was from Beigushan Village, Boshan County, Shandong Province. He was of Han ethnicity and was born into a poor farming family. Due to his family’s poverty, he only attended primary school for four years. At the age of 11, he helped his fellow villagers pull carts to transport coal in order to earn money for food. By the age of 16, he had already taken on the heavy burden of supporting his family. A life of hardship and tough labor forged in him a resilient and tenacious character from an early age.
