Quanhe Park Scenic Area is located in Quanhetou Village, in the southern part of Yuanyuan Town, 25 kilometers from Boshan. The area features verdant mountains, shimmering blue waters, and picturesque landscapes that resemble a traditional Chinese painting, earning it the praise of being a “fairyland of springs and rocks.” The scenic area mainly consists of a water park, the Upper and Lower Longwan Spring Groups, Quanhe Park, and the ancient architectural complex on Qinglong Mountain.

The Quanhe Hotel stands gracefully, while the Qinglong New Bridge spans the clear waters. An artificial rubber dam upstream blocks the gushing springs of the Upper and Lower Longwan, creating a large water recreation area. The vast expanse of water reflects the silhouette of Qinglong Mountain, with crystal-clear depths, fish swimming in the shallows, and geese and ducks playing—offering a refreshing sight. Beneath Qinglong Mountain lie two springs, known as Upper Longwan and Lower Longwan, encircled by stone pillars. The pools are deep with emerald-green water, densely dotted with spring outlets, where water sprays like jade and pearls, remaining crystal clear with lush aquatic plants. The springs flow year-round, maintaining a constant temperature of around 15 degrees Celsius, and are regarded as the source of the Zi River.

A vast Qinglong Lake surrounds the scenic “Lovers’ Island,” which features pavilions, stone benches, rockeries, stone animals, flowers, and trees, each with its own distinctive charm. On the lake’s islet, there are carved stone relics such as whales, aquatic creatures, and headless deities. The cliffs and rugged rocks of Qinglong Mountain rise abruptly, with pavilions and temples nestled among the lush pines and cypresses. The entire scenic area boasts a dense concentration of attractions, a large scale, and high cultural value. It has been hailed by the renowned landscape architect Chen Congzhou as “a pearl in the heart of the thousand-li Shandong region.”
