Basha Village is a patriotic education base.

Basha Village is located in the central section of the Boshan Economic and Technological Development Zone in Zibo City. It currently has a population of 3,581 and covers a total area of 1.92 square kilometers. In 1995, it was awarded the title of "Shandong Provincial Patriotic Education Base" by the provincial government. In recent years, our village has thoroughly studied and implemented the guiding principles from the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and the speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping. We have been actively fostering and practicing the core socialist values, and promoting the development of patriotic education bases. In accordance with the overall plans of the central, provincial, and municipal governments regarding patriotic education bases, we have focused on building educational platforms, optimizing the educational environment, and implementing departmental responsibilities. We have actively explored new approaches to patriotic education under the current circumstances, striving to develop, manage, and utilize patriotic education bases effectively. This has continuously enhanced their influence and appeal, achieving remarkable results that have contributed to the healthy and sustainable economic and social development of Basha Village, as well as the construction of a modern socialist well-off town. The Village Party Committee has been honored with the title of "National Advanced Primary Party Organization" by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, and Basha Village has been recognized as a "National Advanced Unit in the Strive for Civilized Villages and Towns" by the Central Guidance Commission for Building Spiritual Civilization.
