Qinghua Temple Flower Pagoda is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Qinghua Temple Flower Pagoda is located on Longgong Mountain in Luoping Village, Laishui County, Hebei Province, and was built during the Liao Dynasty (916–1125).

The pagoda stands 13 meters tall with a circumference of 19.2 meters, featuring a regular octagonal floor plan and a brick-and-wood structure. The lowest part is the base, with a carved muscular figure at each corner and two arched niches on each side, decorated with intricately sculpted musicians and figures depicting various stories. Above the base is the main body of the pagoda, with arched gateways on the four front sides. It is adorned with 120 Buddha niches arranged in eight ascending tiers around the pagoda, with the number of niches decreasing progressively from the bottom to the top, giving the pagoda an arc-shaped silhouette.

Qinghua Temple Flower Pagoda is unique in style, exquisitely structured, and masterfully crafted, making it a fine example of ancient Chinese pagoda architecture and of high preservation value. (National Cultural Heritage Administration)
