Luo Kou Mosque is a cultural tourism attraction.

Luo Kou Mosque, also known as North Luo Kou Mosque, is located on the west side of the north bank of Luo Kou Ferry. It was first built in the fifth year of the Xianfeng reign during the Qing Dynasty (1855), but its structure was destroyed by a Yellow River flood. In the third year of the Tongzhi reign (1864), it was rebuilt on the original site, and underwent renovation and expansion in 1932 to become what it is today. The mosque covers an area of 700 square meters. The main gate faces east, with a plaque inscribed with the word “Mosque” in clerical script above the lintel. The prayer hall faces west and is connected to the two-story moon-viewing tower at the back. The building has a floor area of 80 square meters, is constructed of brick and wood, and is both sturdy and exquisitely built. To access the moon-viewing tower, one can ascend the stairs from inside the hall via the mihrab (a shallow niche). The mosque also has three rooms each on the south and north sides, serving as ablution rooms and the imam’s living quarters respectively. Due to years of disrepair, the North Luo Kou Mosque could no longer be used. In 1993, Luo Kou Mosque was rebuilt in the southern part of Luo Kou, covering an area of 1,254 square meters with a floor space of 700 square meters, and was put into use in March 1995. It features a reinforced concrete structure, glazed tile roofing, and ceramic tile cladding, designed in an Arabic architectural style.
