Shandong Humanities Memorial Park is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Shandong Humanities Memorial Park is located in Xiaoli Town, Changqing District, Jinan City. Established in 2009, it has a total planned area of 522,857 square meters, approximately 784.29 acres, and officially opened to the public in April 2010. The park receives around 150,000 visitors annually, including some international tourists, with an average annual revenue of about 50 million yuan. Since its opening, the park has gradually developed according to its functional positioning focusing on red tourism, cultural tourism, eco-tourism, and life education. It has formed its own unique style in areas such as humanities commemoration, educational bases, sculpture art, cultural tourism, and garden landscapes. The park has successfully hosted various tourism events, including the Shandong Veterans Memorial Square – Red Education Tour, the Body Donation Memorial Square – Life Reflection Tour, and the Get Close to Nature – Mind and Body Cultivation Tour. These events have been widely reported by major media platforms and have received positive feedback from all sectors of society.

Longquan Guanzhuang Village: Located 7.1 kilometers south of Xiaoli Town, Longquan Guanzhuang is about 1.8 kilometers northwest of Guangli. It is a rectangular-shaped settlement with two north-south streets. The village has a total of 92 hectares of arable land, 360 households, and a population of 1,200.

In the early Ming Dynasty, the Guan family migrated from Hongtong County to settle in Longquan Guanzhuang Village. The village was named Longquan Mountain Villa due to the presence of Longquan (Dragon Spring) to the west of the village. The 1893 edition of the Feicheng County Annals records it as “Longquan Guanzhuang.” In 1939, it was transferred from Feicheng County to Changqing County.
