Jiaotai Village is located in Zhangxia Town, Changqing District, Jinan City, and is renowned for its abundant production of jade apricots.

Zhangxia Town has a long tradition of growing jade apricots, and its 12,000-mu jade apricot base is known as the "Ten-Thousand-Mu Apricot Garden," earning the reputation of being the "Number One Apricot Garden North of the Yangtze River." Every March during the apricot blossom season, visitors can take a car ride around the mountains to admire the flowers, go sightseeing, and take photos in an ocean of pink blooms. They can also hike along the mountain-loop road to enjoy the blossoms and scenery, or join local fruit farmers to experience the fun of orchard management. By May, golden jade apricots hang ripe on the branches, and visitors can pick them fresh from the trees—large, juicy, and deliciously sweet and tart.
