Lingyan Grand Buddha Mountain
The Lingyan Grand Buddha Mountain is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.
The Lingyan Grand Buddha Mountain Scenic Area is located in Lingyan Village, Wand Town, Changqing District, Jinan City. Established in 2007, the scenic area spans a planned land area of 5 square kilometers (approximately 7,500 acres). It primarily emphasizes functions such as ecology, sightseeing, leisure, and Buddhist cultural experiences. Built upon a beautiful natural environment, with the Grand Buddha Mountain and Reclining Buddha Temple as its core attractions, the area has been developed into a comprehensive destination integrating tourism, cultural experiences, and outdoor leisure. It has been planned and built according to a "one core, one ring, four zones" layout.
The scenic area has planted and developed bases such as cherry orchards and ecological farms, offering visitors fruit-picking experiences. It has enhanced rural tourism throughout Wand Town and contributed to the development of nearby attractions including the Lingyan Temple Tourist Area, the Qilu No. 8 Scenic Route, and the Matao General Mountain Resort.
