Universal Park

Situated on Yuping East Avenue in Nanchang, Nanchang Universal Park features world-renowned landmarks such as ancient Roman knight statues, the city emblem of Los Angeles, the Egyptian obelisk, the Spanish Steps, the Manneken Pis of Brussels, and the gardens of Versailles. This, the largest theme park in Nanchang, was also a top destination for locals to experience a “world tour.” The park showcases a European garden style and is divided into eight major areas: Roman Square, Flag Square, European Street, Children’s Play Area, Sailor’s Square, Alibaba Street, World Folk Dance Performance Square, and Japanese Garden. It combines natural scenery, historical ruins, residential architecture, world art sculptures, and folk culture all in one park.

Covering an area of over 300,000 square meters, Nanchang Universal Park is currently the largest cultural tourism attraction in the province. The park is located in the Changbei Economic and Technological Development Zone of Nanchang, just four kilometers from the city center. With undulating terrain, shaded trees, abundant wild vegetation, and the Meixi River flowing around it, it serves as a great destination for modern urban and rural residents to travel, relax, have fun, and stay fit.

The park reflects a European garden style and is divided into eight sections: Roman Square, Flag Square, European Street, Children’s Play Area, Sailor’s Square, Alibaba Street, World Folk Dance Performance Square, and Japanese Garden. It brings together natural landscapes, historical sites, residential buildings, world-class art sculptures, and folk customs. It recreates a beautiful world featuring globally famous sites such as Bavaria, the ancient Egyptian obelisk, and the Statue of Liberty. There are more than 110 scenic spots and art sculptures.

Currently completed and open to the public are: the Roman Gate, Obelisk, Flag Square, Versailles Garden, British Clock Tower, Terraced Garden, Spanish Steps, Los Angeles City Emblem, Mediterranean Area, European Street, American-style Wooden House, Statue of Liberty, Picnic and BBQ Area, Water Park, Celebrity Statue Group, Japanese Garden, Horse Carriage, Donkey Cart, Vintage Car, Muddled Spring, Children’s Playground, Dutch Windmill, Alibaba Street, Rhine Bar, and Bavarian Castle.

These attractions offer a rich taste of foreign charm—seeing is truly believing. Several additional attractions are nearing completion and will be opened to visitors in phases, such as the Russian Cultural Garden, Performance Plaza, Temple of Love, Indonesian Boat-shaped Houses, and more.
