The blooming season for lilies in Taiwan generally spans from April to September each year. At higher altitudes, the flowering period is later. In general lowland and coastal areas — such as Baisha Bay's Linshanbi and the Fuguijiao Lighthouse Trail on the North Coast — the lilies are at their most splendid around May.
