Jingtai Ancient Stage is a cultural relic protection unit of Jiangxi Province.

Jingtai Ancient Stage

Located in Jingtai Village, Shibi Town, it was originally built in the autumn of 1745 during the Qing Dynasty’s Qianlong reign, covering an area of 86 square meters and facing south. It was renovated in 1917 (the sixth year of the Republic of China) and restored again in 1968. The stage features a hip-and-gable roof, is constructed of brick and wood, and has a convex-shaped layout. Its interior beam framework follows the post-and-lintel style, with a caisson ceiling in the center designed using ruyi-patterned brackets. The stage is 7.8 meters high, 10 meters wide, and 8.5 meters deep. Its overall design embodies the classic rural architectural style of southern Jiangnan during the Qing Dynasty and is one of the well-preserved structures within the Jingtai temple complex. It is a key cultural relic protection unit of Jiangxi Province.

In December 1987, it was listed as part of the third batch of provincial-level cultural relic protection units in Jiangxi Province.
