Gukeng Village is not listed in conventional Wuyuan travel guides, but this village is quite unique—especially the thousand-year-old banyan tree at the entrance and the village core, which you can only reach by crossing two bridges.

The beauty lies by the small river next to the village, where the Gukeng Bridge rests quietly, exuding a serene, detached charm. All around is silence, broken only by the rustling of leaves in the breeze, adding to the tranquility. With Chopin’s “Raindrop” playing in the background, it feels like a fairyland.

Jiangwan Town: Located at the junction of Anhui, Zhejiang, and Jiangxi provinces, Jiangwan Town covers a total area of 316 square kilometers, with 422,000 mu of forest land and a forest coverage rate of 88.9%. It governs 20 village (residential) committees and has a population of 32,154. The town is 28 kilometers from the county seat, 96 kilometers from the scenic Huangshan Mountain, and 110 kilometers from Jingdezhen, the “Porcelain Capital.” The Xiwu Highway runs through the area, and there is an interchange on the Jingwu-Huangchang Expressway, making transportation very convenient.
