Yitian Cultural Tourism City is a key cultural tourism project in Jiangxi Province, centered around a large-scale live-action landscape performance and integrating a five-star hotel, a distinctive commercial street, and tourism real estate development. Developed and constructed by Jiangxi Yitian Cultural Tourism Industry Development Co., Ltd., the project is situated on the Wangjiazhou Peninsula in Ziyang Town, Wuyuan County, 3 kilometers from the county town. The total planned area of the project exceeds 1,300 acres, with a total investment scale of over 1 billion yuan.

The project is divided into two phases. The first phase includes the large-scale live-action landscape performance and comprehensive supporting facilities, comprising a performance center (30-acre site), a distinctive commercial street (30-acre site), a VIP business center (9-acre site), a wellness and recuperation area (27-acre site), an enterprise headquarters base (61-acre site), a distribution square (20-acre site), and an ecological parking lot (56-acre site), with a planned investment of 457 million yuan. The second phase involves leisure resort hotels and tourism real estate development, including a five-star hotel (81-acre site), leisure resort villas (155-acre site), another leisure resort hotel (42-acre site), mountain forest cabins, and water-based leisure activities, with a planned investment of 550 million yuan.
