Yancun Village: Yancun is situated in Sikou Town, Wuyuan County, Jiangxi Province, approximately 13 kilometers from the county seat, Ziyang Town. It was first built in the fifth year of the Qingyuan era during the Southern Song Dynasty (1199), and has a history of over 800 years. The village was established by the Yu family, whose name was inspired by their longing for the clear creek water.

The entire village mainly consists of ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties, with bluestone-paved paths throughout. The architectural complex backs onto green mountains and faces clear streams and rice fields, surrounded by lush greenery. The village blends harmoniously with the elegant natural scenery of clear waters and verdant hills. It currently has 172 households and a population of 667, covering an area of about 8.6 hectares.
