Imperial Kiln Scenic Lane District

The Imperial Kiln Scenic Lane District is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The Imperial Kiln Scenic Lane is located on Zhongshan North Road in Jingdezhen City, stretching from Zhongdukou in the south to Porcelain Capital Bridge in the north, with a total length of 1.1 kilometers and covering an area of approximately 3.1 hectares. It features 19 alleys, including Taiping Lane, Qiu Zhi Alley, Dragon Boat Alley, and Ditou Alley, which run through the front and back streets. The district preserves historical elements and buildings such as the Wuwang Temple Ancient Theater Stage, Shuilonghui (Firefighting Association), Beixiang Office, and Huizhou Guild Hall, serving as a concentrated representation of the old city’s alley culture. After more than four years of development, the Imperial Kiln Scenic Lane has been transformed into the city’s first tourism, cultural, and leisure street that offers visitors an immersive experience of the local alleyway folk culture. It has become a new landmark where residents can “touch history and feel culture.” The district has been successively awarded honorary titles such as “Jiangxi Province Modern Service Industry Cluster Zone” and “Jiangxi Province Commercial Characteristic Street.”

In the future, the Ancient Town Company will continue to make efforts and increase investment. While maintaining its status as a AAA-level scenic area, it will “tell the stories of the old city well and develop tourism in the old city effectively,” striving to establish the Imperial Kiln Scenic Lane as a tourism brand for the entire city and even the province, making a positive contribution to the development of all-for-one tourism in our city.
