Xiaoyinbao Martyrs' Cemetery is a cultural heritage protection unit of Handan City.

Xiaoyinbao Martyrs' Cemetery is situated in the northeast of Xiaoyinbao Village. It is among the first batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Handan City.

Xiaoyinbao Village: Xiaoyinbao Village is located southwest of the main urban area, south of the South Ring Road, bordering the Fuxing District to the north. In 2014, the village had a population of 1,980, all of whom were Han Chinese. The cultivated land area was 2,566 mu, including 800 mu of irrigated land, and the village covered an area of 1.2 square kilometers.
