Pingxiang Karst Museum

Pingxiang Karst Museum is a natural karst landscape destination, featuring a complete variety of karst formations such as sinkholes, solution basins, blind valleys, underground rivers, caves, stalagmites, stalactites, stone curtains, and helictites, making it a natural karst specimen repository. The cave’s natural waterfall, which is nine meters high and seven meters wide, has been called an unseen and unheard-of wonder by geology and landscaping experts. The area is densely dotted with caves, each with unique landscapes. Among them, the Nie Liang Cave has been praised by Chen Congzhou, a renowned authority on Chinese scenic spots and professor at Tongji University, as an “underground art gallery” and “the world’s number one cave.”
