Huoyu Island

Huoyu Island is a small fishing village on an island of less than two square kilometers, home to over 200 households whose livelihoods depend on fishing. Surrounded by the sea on all sides, the island features towering rocks, dense forests, clean seawater, and soft beaches, earning it the reputation of the “Gulangyu of Quanzhou.” In recent years, as the island’s charming scenery has become known to the outside world, it has attracted batches of tourists who come here specifically to visit.
