The Tomb of Cai Yiweng is a cultural relic protection unit of Jinjiang City.

The Tomb of Cai Yiweng is located in Bishan Community, Meiling Subdistrict. Dating from the Ming Dynasty to the modern era, it is categorized as an ancient tomb.

Cai Yiweng was a person from the Tang Dynasty and the founding ancestor of the Qingyang branch of the Cai clan, both in China and overseas. The tomb faces southwest and is situated to the northeast, having been renovated in various dynasties. The gravestone is from the Ming Dynasty, inscribed in regular script with the text “Yangshan Yiweng Cai Gong,” and the mound is shaped like the Chinese character “风” (wind).

On September 8, 2019, the Tomb of Cai Yiweng was announced as part of the sixth batch of municipal-level cultural relic protection units in Jinjiang City.

Protected area: West to the surrounding wall, east, south, and north extending 5 meters beyond the tomb enclosure.

Meiling Subdistrict: Located in the northern part of Jinjiang City, Meiling Subdistrict borders Chendai Town to the east, Chidian Town to the north, Xiyuan Subdistrict to the west, and Qingyang Subdistrict to the south. The subdistrict gets its name from being situated at the junction of Qingmei Mountain and Ling Mountain. The terrain slopes slightly from west to east, with relatively flat land. It covers an area of approximately 11 square kilometers, governs 14 communities and 28 natural villages, with a registered population of 31,693 and a non-native floating population of over 20,000.
