Q: How did you hear about our “Big Grab Festival” event?
Miss Huang: I saw it in the newspaper (shows the newspaper photo she took to the staff on her phone), it was quite detailed. I switched shifts with a colleague this morning and came early to grab the deals, making sure there’s a full selection and not too crowded.
Q: What did you buy today?
A: I bought both men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing (shows them to the staff). These Wolf Road pieces are for my husband, and these Wild Leopard ones are for my child.
Q: Why did you choose to come to our “Big Grab Festival” for shopping?
A: Mainly because the selection is comprehensive. After walking around once, I could get clothes for the whole family. The prices are also affordable. Just now, the merchants also reminded me that if there are any quality issues, I can come back for returns or exchanges. Also, they’re all brand-name items. I felt it was really a good deal. I bought over 2,600 yuan worth in one go. When I have time later, I’d also like to bring relatives and friends to take a look.
