Zhuangtou Wan'an Tianfei Temple is a cultural relic protection unit of Jinjiang City.

Zhuangtou Wan'an Tianfei Temple is located at No. 114-1, Xili, Zhuangtou Village, Anhai Town. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.

Originally built during the Southern Song Dynasty, the existing structure was renovated during the Qing Dynasty. It faces northwest and is situated southeast, featuring three bays and two courtyards. The dragon pillars and the statues of the Guardian Generals hold certain cultural heritage value. Its Mazu belief has spread to Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

On September 8, 2019, Zhuangtou Wan'an Tianfei Temple was announced as part of the sixth batch of municipal-level cultural relic protection units in Jinjiang City.

Protected area: 1 meter to the south, 4 meters to the east, west, and north.

Zhuangtou Village: Located in the eastern suburbs of Anhai Town, Zhuangtou Village borders Qiancai Village to the east, Guilin Village of Dongshi Town to the south, the town center to the west, and Qiaotou Village across a stream to the north. The village covers a total area of 1 square kilometer and consists of three natural villages: Zhuangtou, Hou'an, and Chaokeng. The village committee oversees eight villager groups, with a total of 668 households and a population of 2,586.

The village has access to electricity, water supply, and telephone services in every household. Cement roads extend in all directions. Zhuangtou Primary School was established in the spring of 1936.
