The Qinghua Zhuang Jie Xian Residence is a cultural relic protection unit of Jinjiang City.

The Qinghua Zhuang Jie Xian Residence is located in the Wudianshi Traditional Block of Qingyang Subdistrict. Dating back to the Republican era, it is categorized as a representative modern building.

Also known as the Liuqing New Residence, it was built in 1935 as the home of overseas Chinese Zhuang Jie Xian from the Philippines. The residence faces south and features a five-bay, two-courtyard layout with double wing rooms. It boasts exquisite brick, wood, and stone carvings. On the north side of the screen wall is embedded a construction inscription, and the lintel at the collapsed front section is inscribed with the stone plaque “Liuqing New Residence.”

On February 5, 2013, the Qinghua Zhuang Jie Xian Residence was announced as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural relic protection units in Jinjiang City.

Qingyang Subdistrict: Located in the northern part of Jinjiang City, Qingyang Subdistrict borders Chenda Town to the east, Chidian Town to the north, Cizao Town to the west, and Luoshan Subdistrict to the south. The name “Qingyang” comes from its location on the sunny side of Qingmei Mountain, which lies to the north of the town. The terrain slopes slightly from west to east, featuring relatively flat land and mainly plains, as part of the eastern Jinjiang Plain. The subdistrict covers an area of 29.29 square kilometers, with an urban built-up area of 14.2 square kilometers.
