The Meiqing Chaobei Grand House is a cultural relic protection unit of Jinjiang City.

The Meiqing Chaobei Grand House is located in the Wudianshi Traditional Block of Meiling Subdistrict. It dates back to the Republican era and falls under the category of modern structures.

Built in 1935, the Meiqing Chaobei Grand House was the home of overseas Chinese Zhuang Chaobei from the Philippines. It faces south but is oriented northward, featuring five bays across two sections along with a west wing. Angle towers are built on both side bays, and above the beams, a dressing tower is constructed in front of the angle towers. The structure is renowned for its exquisite brick, wood, and stone carvings. It is one of the well-preserved Republican-era red-brick mansions in Jinjiang and is considered a representative work of traditional craftsmanship from that period in the area.

On February 5, 2013, the Meiqing Chaobei Grand House was announced as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural relic protection units in Jinjiang City.

Protected area: extends east and west to alleys, south to the wall, and north to the wall.

Meiling Subdistrict: Located in the northern part of Jinjiang City, Meiling Subdistrict borders Chendai Town to the east, neighbors Chidian Town to the north, is bounded by Xiyuan Subdistrict to the west, and connects to Qingyang Subdistrict to the south. The subdistrict is named for being situated at the junction of Qingmei Mountain and Ling Mountain. The terrain slopes slightly from west to east, with relatively flat land. The jurisdiction covers an area of approximately 11 square kilometers, comprising 14 communities and 28 natural villages, with a registered population of 31,693 and over 20,000 migrant residents.
