Gui Shan Wan Ran Villa is a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Jinjiang City.

Gui Shan Wan Ran Villa is located in the Wudian Traditional Street Area of Meiling Subdistrict. Dating back to 1957, it falls under the category of modern architecture.

Built in 1957 as the residence of overseas Chinese Su Sunjiang from the Philippines, Gui Shan Wan Ran Villa is a two-story Western-style building with a protruding turtle-back roof, featuring a brick-concrete structure and facing south. The exterior walls are made of red bricks and white stone strips. The terrace is adorned with finely crafted gable ornaments, using the cut-and-paste technique to depict floral patterns, along with the inscription “1957 Meishan Yuxiu.” The building is relatively large in scale and well-preserved, holding significant value for the study of modern overseas Chinese architecture.

On February 5, 2013, Gui Shan Wan Ran Villa was designated as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage sites in Jinjiang City.

Protected area: bounded by alleys to the east, west, and north, and by a courtyard to the south.

Meiling Subdistrict: Located in the northern part of Jinjiang City, Meiling Subdistrict borders Chendai Town to the east, Chidian Town to the north, Xiyuan Subdistrict to the west, and Qingyang Subdistrict to the south. The subdistrict derives its name from its location at the junction of Qingmei Mountain and Ling Mountain. The terrain slopes slightly from west to east and is relatively flat, covering an area of approximately 11 square kilometers. It administers 14 communities and 28 natural villages, with a registered population of 31,693 and a non-native floating population of over 20,000. [1] The subdistrict office is located in Gui Shan.
