Cai's Ancestral House of Cai Mama Xian is a cultural heritage site protected by Jinjiang City.

Cai's Ancestral House of Cai Mama Xian is located in the Wudianshi Traditional Block of Meiling Subdistrict. Dating back to the Republican era, it falls under the category of modern architecture.

Built during the Republican period as the residence of Cai Mama Xian, an overseas Chinese from the Philippines, the house features a brick, wood, and stone structure. It faces south, has three bays and two courtyards with a single wing room, and showcases exquisite brick, wood, and stone carvings.

On February 5, 2013, Cai's Ancestral House of Cai Mama Xian was designated as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage sites protected by Jinjiang City.

Protected area: bounded by alleys to the east, west, and north, and by a courtyard to the south.

Meiling Subdistrict: Located in the northern part of Jinjiang City, Meiling Subdistrict borders Chenda Town to the east, Chidian Town to the north, Xiyuan Subdistrict to the west, and Qingyang Subdistrict to the south. The subdistrict gets its name from its location at the junction of Qingmei Mountain and Ling Mountain. The terrain slopes slightly from west to east, featuring relatively flat land. The jurisdiction covers an area of approximately 11 square kilometers, comprising 14 communities and 28 natural villages, with a registered population of 31,693 and over 20,000 migrant residents.
