Shuanggou Wang Hexing Residence is a cultural heritage site protected by Jinjiang City.

Shuanggou Wang Hexing Residence is located in Shimao Royal Bay, Meiling Subdistrict. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.

Shuanggou Wang Hexing Residence was built in 1911 and served as the residence of Wang Hexing, an overseas Chinese from the Philippines. It consists of two traditional houses, each with three bays, two courtyards, and side wing rooms. The structure is built with a combination of brick, wood, and stone, faces west and sits eastward. The building is well-preserved, featuring exquisite brick, wood, and stone carvings, and holds significant importance for the study of traditional residences from the late Qing and early Republican periods.

On February 5, 2013, Shuanggou Wang Hexing Residence was designated as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage sites in Jinjiang City.

Protected area: bounded by alleys to the east, south, and north, and by a courtyard (Ting) to the west.

Meiling Subdistrict: Located in the northern part of Jinjiang City, Meiling Subdistrict borders Chendai Town to the east, Chidian Town to the north, Xiyuan Subdistrict to the west, and Qingyang Subdistrict to the south. The subdistrict is named after its location at the junction of Qingmei Mountain and Ling Mountain. The terrain gently slopes from west to east and is relatively flat. The jurisdiction covers an area of approximately 11 square kilometers, comprising 14 communities and 28 natural villages, with a registered population of 31,693 and over 20,000 migrant residents.
